Equipped with the self-developed GZ100-3A intelligent peristaltic pump filling module, the system offers an adjustable filling volume ranging from 0.1ml to 9999.99ml with a resolution of 0.01ml. It supports multi-channel simultaneous filling to accommodate diverse production capacities. Fitted with a 7-inch industrial touch screen, the system comes with multiple built-in filling programs, and enables on-site calibration, one-touch cleaning and data traceability, delivering easy operation and simple maintenance.
In addition, the system can be seamlessly connected with upstream and downstream equipment for egg liquid sterilization, conveying and labeling.
