    Calibration operation method and precautions for distribution peristaltic pump

    When the distributed peristaltic pump is used for timing and quantitative feeding, relative constant flow feeding and precise titration of liquid medicine, the flow calibration should be carried out first. If the flow still has deviation after one calibration, or the flow has deviation after the calibration has been put into use for a period of time, the same method can be used to calibrate again, so as to improve the measurement accuracy.

    Flow calibration operation method:

    (1) Enter the "flow correction" page and confirm that the pipeline has been fully filled (there is no air in the pipe). If it has not been fully filled, please start the peristaltic pump to perform filling. (in the flow correction mode, it will stop automatically after running for a period of time after starting) (2) prepare a container, clear the weight of the container on the electronic scale, place the container at the outlet of the pump pipe, press the start / stop key to start the peristaltic pump, and measure the amount of materials pumped (the unit can be ml, G, kg, etc.) after the peristaltic pump stops automatically. It is better to measure several times with the same method and take the average value of several times.

    (3) Press the ENT key, cooperate with the up and down keys, and input the value measured in the previous step as the calibration value. For example, if the value measured in the previous step is 84.0g, set the "calibration value" to "84.00"; Then press ESC to exit the flow correction page.

    (4) After calibration, if the flow or speed is reset, and the new value changes more than the original value, it shall be recalibrated.

    Precautions for calibration operation:

    (1) The rotating speed at calibration time is generally not less than 20rpm.

    (2) After replacing the new pump pipe, run it at full speed for several minutes before calibration, and the effect is better.

    (3) It is better to calibrate when the liquid level of raw material barrel is in the middle position (half barrel).

    1. Determination of requirements

    Since the model is selected, you should first determine your own needs, mainly including: flow size, accuracy requirements, transmission medium, channel number, pressure range, suction range and control mode.

    2. Selection of pump head

    Number of channels: determine the number of channels according to the workload demand.

    Number of rollers: the number of rollers is the key factor to determine the pulsation, and the number of rollers depends on the pulsation requirements.

    Disassembly method: simple and convenient disassembly method is a good choice.

    3. Selection of hose

    Inner diameter: the inner diameter is proportional to the flow.

    Wall thickness: the greater the pressure, the greater the wall thickness is required.

    Material: special medium, special function hose shall be selected, such as corrosion resistance, acid resistance, strong acid resistance, organic resistance

    4. Driver selection

    Speed: the speed is proportional to the flow. Refer to the parameter diagram.

    Accuracy: select the corresponding rotary actuator for different accuracy.

    Protection grade: different environments have different requirements for product protection grade. For example, if the working environment requires waterproof and dustproof, the driver corresponding to the IP grade shall be selected.
